But I read that some people apply Outland even if they live as a visitor in Canada.
Is it really possible? Now I think it could take way less time...
But at the same time I quit my job in my home country, moved out from rented apartment.. i can't live with my parents again))
Plus what if CIC sees that a person lives in Canada and rejects Outland application or tells him/her leave the country...
