Greetings.
After months of work on gathering paperworks and funds, I was finally able to send my application for common-law sponsorship inland.
As such, I'm waiting to get a specific paper to be able to apply for a Work Permit, but I don't know what that paper is supposed to be.
Yesterday, I received an email from CIC stating the following:
"This is an automated system-generated letter to acknowledge the receipt of your application. Your application has been assigned the unique file number indicated at the top of this letter. All your correspondence with this office should refer to that unique file number."
Is it the paper I'm expecting? Or is it something else?
