inland application medical forms

Hi!

The website suggests sending in the medical forms with our application, but we've heard and seen other places that this might expire in 12 months and if it's not processed by then we have to do it all over again. I've also read they can extend it to 15 months of validity.....which still isn't enough if it takes up to 24 months...

Any experience with this? Suggestions?

for inland applicants, it's usually best to wait until the medical is requested and not submit it upfront. that way you don't have to worry about needing to pay for a 2nd exam if they don't extend the first one.
