Hello Everyone!

With my wife, we are applying for Spouse Sponsorship Visa. I had two questions:
1 - Can I send my Police Check and Medical exams along with the main Application?
2 - How long should the police check be valid for? e.g. I get my Police check on May, will they still accept it in October?

I will really appreciate your help!

1 - you cannot send those upfront anymore. They will send a message when they are ready to accept each.

2 - generally speaking, as long as you haven't entered that country since the PCC was issued, they will still accept it.

"
Police Certificates Pilot: Applications for permanent residence of a spouse, partner or dependent child will no longer require police certificates to be submitted up-front as part of the application package.
