My Australian fiance and I are going to be married this October in Vancouver. He will be on a new working holiday visa by then so he'll have two years to work and wait for his PR to be processed. Since he has two full years should we bother to send the OWP with the inland application? if we do send the OWP with the application and it gets approved, does it just replace the working holiday visa if it expires (wait time goes beyond two years). would the Owp get denied? And if that happens, does it effect the working holiday visa?
