Hello every one
I read so many forums in here so I decided to share mine though
I'm refugee in Canada & got married here & filed for spounsership last year in May 2015 but now we are seperate because of her relationship with someone else , cruel , rude & aggressive behaviour so she cancelled my spounsership application in Dec 2015 then she start calling me from unknown number , sending me text and trying to blackmail me , being Canadian she is making me treat of reporting police and immigration that she will ruin my life
I'm getting afraid of like she had some contact with wrong people's as she drink and she take (...) yo know
So I avoid her now and I live saperate since I have found her cheating on me in November 2015
Please advice me what should I do as I'm so scared of her & her behaviour

If she withdrew the PR application then that is that. You have to be in Canada due to your own methods and need a valid visa or work permit or whatever otherwise you have to leave the country. Apply to extend your visitor/work permit if you want to stay longer.

As for the other issues, if she is threatening you or you are concerned for your safety you can of course call the police and detail your situation. There are some groups that offer immigrant services so they may be able to offer you some advice but I don't know the name of those organizations.

What about like I'm a Protected person on other hand
Is there still problem if she is making threat and reporting immigration ?
Does it still affect my parmanent resident application on behalf of refugee status ?
It's in process too so I have my work permit too

Sorry, I don't know the answers to those questions. Sounds like a complicated situation.

If she withdrew the sponsorship, there's nothing you can really do about it. That's her right to do so.

What you should do instead is just wait for the results of the refugee claim. Hope you have good proof to show them that you have a valid refugee claim, and not just simply trying to come here for economic reasons.
