Is Feb 18 the date on the DM letter or the date you actually GOT the letter on your mailbox?
I got DM on Feb 5 and still waiting for the Scarborough office to contact me. I paid the RPRF.

I got a letter from Scarborough office dated march 8... That my landing appointment will be on April 19th

I found out today that I've passed the security check, but they're still processing the criminal background check. My bring forward date is in two months, and my medical expires in June so if we're not finished by the next when open the file next, I'll probably have to redo the medical and wait another few months.

I have a consultant who used to work for Immigration and made a phone call to find out where my case was at, because it's took so long.

In the GCMS notes it says that Medical is In Process.
Would that mean good news?
The medical was done by us in 2011... would have just expired?
Criminal is done.

TodAy my ecas change to update the Medical results , after almost 17 months my ecas updated with the New Medical check now i have to wait for the background security!

That's good, I called them and ask why there is no update on Ecas, the agent told me no worries, it's updated on there system and the website is just slow with update sometime they don't even bother, so congrats on progress..
