So I called CIC again...........my usual weekly chat
This time I actually talked with someone somewhat helpful.
She was able to tell me that they had received my information that I sent May 10th. None of the others could tell me.
And the hold up was on their end with the medical and fingerprints
She said both the medical and fingerprints had not come back from their processing centre but that I should expect AIP by early october

just got the 2 letters in the mail. In mine it said " it has been determine that you have meet the eligibility requirements to apply for pr status as a member of the spouse or common-law in Canada class. We are please to advise you that processing of your application has been completed. The Canada immigration centre in etobicoke will contact you concerning your permanent residence status". It also mention about the right of permanent residence fee needs to be paid.

Both letters were dated sep 12th, so that means I got approved for both stages at once.

So now I'm waiting on my landed interview.

Application receive:dec.09,2011
Start processing:feb.28,2012
AIP & OPW:Sept.12,2012

And today I've email from CIC-V and It say's:We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed.
The Canada Immigration Centre in Calgary will contact you concerning your permanent resident status.


Pls.anyone tell what this means?thank's guy.

Congratulations! It means you're done - they've made a decision on your application and you will be landing soon.

They should contact you, either via mail or e-mail, and advise you when your landing appointment is.

Got aip aug 31, thought i am going to receive aip letter by mail, but i called cic last friday and that's what the agent told me too. congrats for your aip!

i every one i have a question i got my aip on june 14 i also got a request for pcc witch i send on june they say it was received july 25 . so i called this morning and the agent told me my pcc was received on aug 1

why the change of date has any one had this done to them am so stressed out i just want the process to be over

got my aip sept 11 and received two letters for me and my sponsor and a owp sept sept 14th.
checked ecas today and it says decicion made and a letter was sent sept 11 and they send me a mail, but i only received 2 mails and an owp. just wondering if theyre gonna send me another mail for landing?
