oh yeah?
well, in the letter they attached an application to fill ( about my passport, when it was seized and in what office) and asked to fax it to them ...I just did...should I better go to the airoport road?
I'm confused...

That's weird the letter I received from CIC-vegreville they asked me to renew my passport. Because I had to report CBSA they had my passport at 6900 Airport rd. so I called CBSA and they said they have my file and I told them about the letter so they asked me to come and pick it up at any time. Also CIC-vegreville gave 90days to renew it and send them a copy to finalize the second stage

hmm I don't know what to do, I faxed it already...
it says - if your identity papers were sized by immigration authorities, you must indicate where and when. Please complete this form and fax it to the Scarborough number. We will request that your id be sent to us for landing.
and the form says -
client id
name
date and place of birth
date and place of seizure.
So I filled this form and faxed it to them...
I don't know if I did a right thing...confused now..

Oh that's even better don't worry about it. They're doing the job and you did the right thing. You'll get your passport at the Scarborough office when u get your landing. I'm just wondering is your passport expired or it still valid ??

Hi guys,

I need some insights on the timings and what to expect.

I send the PR paperwork for Skilled worker NOC 0611 in September and received a confirmation e-mail December 6th from the Sydney Office saying they will process my application. I am doing my application while working in Canada.

When do you think I will receive a new response? And what are the next steps?

Thank you all,

I think you're different from all of us here since you're under skilled worker class. We're here under inland spouse sponsorship. You may find the thread for you just by clicking on "Immigration Topics" on the top link (Canada Immigration Forum > Immigration Topics > Family Class Sponsorship) and look for foreign skilled worker inside Canada. Just my 2 cents!

How does PPRA works?

Hey guys,

Just an update: I got my PR card two days ago. So I don't know if you need it for the chart or what.
But really glad it's finally over. And looking forward to going for a visit home.
Anyone else get theirs?

Good luck to those still in the process and congrats to those who have completed it. Best of luck in future endeavours.

It depends on your situation. Are you a rejected refugee claimant ?

PRRA you can apply for it if you are subject to removal from Canada and they usually offer to you when you have an interview with the CBSA and the chances are really slim 5% approval do you need to support your claim

Can someone update my cart?

DM =April 18, 2012
Interview = May 2, 2012

And we passed the interview. I asked the interviewer that how long i'm gonna get the PR, he said " don't know", said they will send me some letters to ask for more documents or informations...............
So does anyone know how long does it take to get the PR card after interview?
