I wouldn't worry too much yet. The meds update seems to be currently taking about 30 days for all streams. Nothing will usually move before that, but when you get MEP (or very shortly after) for FSW-Inland it often moves straight to IP2.

My AOR was 28th October so we are quite close. I am hoping for some movement on meds this week.

thanks for this, what exactly is meant by IP1 and IP2 though?

I see this thrown about quite a lot on this forum. I know it has to do with application processing stage. Can you please shed some light on it?

Hi Smash,

IP1 and IP2 are different messages in your profile for your background check status. However, tbh they do not mean anything anymore.... Especially for inlands because we are usually landing in IP2 right after medicals and there is no update till PPR

Totally agree. I have been on IP2 for months and no update at all. Waiting for my second note by the end of the month..

One thing I would caution. These are really only a very rough guide. They are in no way official and if you end ups speaking to CIC they will likely not understand them.

Doesn't look like there was any more FSW-Inland PPRs today
No, it does not look like... I am really hoping to see all of us getting ppr's soon!

When calling CIC ask about:
Eligibility status - here you can see stuff like: not st arted, in progress, recommended pass, review required, passed, met.
Criminality status - not started / in progress / completed
Security status - this one is usually "in progress" or "not initiated" till end of processing of your file.
