HI THERE ,I APPLIED ON 16 JAN 2012 and this is what i got in my email today, whats next? Is my application approved? How much time should it take after this? and do i need to send in the police certificate(i didnt send it with my application)?

It means that you have made it through the first hurdle and they are sending your application on to the next stage. I don't know the timeline for your VO, but I am sure they will inform you when to send your PCC. If it is a lengthy job to get a PCC in your country you may want to start the process, otherwise, wait until asked for it. They will give you a period of time in which to provide the documents. Congraturations for the PER! Now that you have gone through steps (first you got an AOR and now that you have the PER), your paperwork will be forwarded to your VO who will further scrutinize your paperwork to determine your final eligibility based on the documents you provided before they send you the popularly known as 2nd AOR (Not all VO send 2nd AOR). My 1st AOR was July 22, 2011, My PER was October 24, 2011 and my 2nd AOR was on January 12, 2012 with Buffalo being my VO. Good luck in the next steps.
