while sending documents to cio, that is passport copy, AEO, etc do we need it to be notarised or just a copy of this would be fine. kindly advice me.

Only copy of BioData pages. No need to notarized.

as I am appling under cat.2, do i have send the notarised copy of AEO,

No original or notarized documents are required to be sent to CIO.
You need to send all the documents to CHC, Local Visa Office.
Just send what they have asked for.............
