Hello Fellow Infosys ICT colleagues , has any one managed to claim extra 50 points for Job offer using Infosys Assignment letter, which has our duration of our assignment, salary and role ?
 
Did anyone got 50 points by using Infosys HR reference letter or assignment letter?

If you want the 50 points, you need a letter from them that states they are offering you a job for at least one full year after you become a PR.

I'm a full time employee of the company, i can get a letter stating im full time with the company , HR will not specify the job offer letter with one year full time after PR.

Unfortunately you need a letter that specifically states they are offering you a job for at least one year after PR if you want to claim the 50 points.
 
Do you guys know if we can claim 50 points for company written job offer which was given during (Intracompany Transfer Closed work permit) or does company give any other written job offer letter/reference letter that supports our PR application to claim 50 pts of job offer (arranged employment).

To claim points under ICT, you must first work for the company for a year in Canada. You must also get a letter from the company that states they are offering you a role for at least one year after you become a PR. The job offer letter is insufficient to get the 50 points.

I've completed 1 year on ICT closed work permit for same company but our company doesn't give any letter that contains above line "
they are offering you a role for at least one year after you become a PR.
" and support PR application. Only other chance is to take risk and go with written job offer that has been provided during initial work permit.

A job transfer letter isn't enough to claim the 50 points. Your employer would need to get an approved LMIA as well.

I'm still working with Infosys and have got PR recently. I was transferred to Canada on ICT Work Permit for 2 years. When my WP was about to expire, they initiated an extension. To file extension WP application, Infy Immigration team shared Assignment Letter along with other official supporting documents.
When I was in process to file for PR, I used those Assignment letter and supporting documents as an offer letter. Also, I requested the HR team for a reference letter in which they mentioned that I will be offered a job at least one year after getting PR status.
For you, if you got your WP extension, ask HR for reference letter. Combine all documents and attach as a job offer. It will work.
