I am going to Canada for 1 year course on ielts band score 6 not less than 5.5.my ielts is expired on August of this year 2018.if I enroll myself for another one year course is ielts score is required by college or by embassy for extension of my visa for another one year course.?

Not really necessary.. IELTS is mostly necessary when applying as a fresh applicant.
Since you already given admission and a SP, and all your studies in Canada will be in English. All you need to support your (soon to..) expire IELTS is your academic transcript showing you received your courses and grades in English.
..or you can ask the school for a Waiver letter but best be sure to consult your school's (course) advisor

I did not get this point please explain it. My academics from india is i need to show them these or to show them my 1 year academics.

Ok thanks for the information when i apply for new course,after completing 1st course or during the course and when i apply for visa extension within canda.
