Information systems Manager occupation question

If i have in the same company experience of 2 years software developer , 2 years software architect and 5 months technical project manager , can i apply under Information systems Manager occupation on the list ?

hello , ok but it seems software engineers won't be on the list so i am asking if my experience will allow me to apply under the information systems manager occupation . i have 5 months position technical project manager which is under 1 year do they calculate the 4+ years for that or only consider the 5 months?
