INFORMATION REQUIREMENTS ON IELTS TEST SCORES

Hello All.
I woould like to know the fate of the following IELTS scores in this new dispensation:
Speaking-7
Listening-5
reading-5.5
writing-7
overall average is 6

Kindly advise as i am contemplating on doing a new test

Hello,the minimum score that is required in order to be eligible to apply has been set to CLB (Canadian Language Benchmark) 7 as per the Canada Gazette:

( The Regulations would also provide that the Minister would communicate that threshold publicly. Initially, it is anticipated that the threshold would be set at Canadian Language Benchmark 7 (CLB 7) or Niveau de compétence linguistique canadien 7 (NCLC 7) for all four abilities (speaking, oral comprehension, reading and writing). This threshold corresponds to having “adequate intermediate proficiency.” )

Reading: 6.0

° CLB/NCLC 8: 5 points per ability
° CLB/NCLC 9: 6 points per ability
* Second official language
° Maximum of 4 points awarded for at least CLB/NCLC 5 in all abilities

Listening: over 7.5
Reading: over 6.5
