I need an advise.
I am a mechnaical engineer working for the last 12 years in an oil and gas services company. I had applied for oil and gas drilling engineer in 2010 under NOC 2145, I submitted an employment letter taking little consideration of the actual duties mention in NOC description.
My case was rejected in 2012 saying that the duties you mentioned does not correspond to the duties mentioned in the description of the NOC so i am not satisfied that you are a NOC-2145 Petroluem engineer, as you did not provide satisfactory evidence that you have the required work experience so your application is not eligible for processing.
I am planning to re-apply as the immigration opens, i have looked at the NOC carefully and my job description is close to NOC-6221, technical sales specialist.
Can i apply fresh under the new NOC when the program opens again and what justification should i provide for the previous application?

No one can answer your question at this time. You will have to wait until the new occupation list is released by CIC in April. If your occupation appears on the list, then you will be able to apply for PR through FSW without a job offer.

Impossible to say. Do you have the 67 points required to qualify?
