I have applied for asylum and got my work permit in feb 2024

now i have received letter that i am eligible for applying for immigration under parents as my applied 4 years back for parents sponsor

so i need info what i should opt wait for asylum interview or apply for immigration

I would recommend you speak with an immigration lawyer. You certainly do not want to withdraw the asylum application since that will trigger a removal order. I don't know if you can be sponsored through PGP while in Canada without status.;

The only issue is when your hearing is finalized before PG Sponsorship finalization... Other than that, I think you are eligible to be sponsored, however as other commented, consult immigration lawyer
