INFORMATION REQUIRED ON PR FOR WIFE(ME) AND 2 KIDS

Dear Friends.

Need information on the family class visa.
Background:
Married to Sri lankan origin Canadian citizen for last 10 years, after marriage we came to know that he had sponsorship default towards his parents ( father no more) .
I applied for independent PR,it was rejected asking him husband to sponsor and later on my husband applied and we got letter that he is not eligible to sponsor.
That was in 2006...then i gave up fearing another rejection...and we had appealed under Humanitarian and compassionate grounds but it was not in favor of us

My question
What is right procedure to go forward
I have not visited canada after marriage ( 10years), can i apply for vistor visa( I need to come back , as i work for MNC and my kid is studying in school)
Citizen ship is granted to my kids...why not wife?..when i apply for PR shud i apply for kids also.
Any trusted consultant will help to proceed? any recommendation

Was this just because of his parents going on welfare? If it is, he will have to pay back the money before he can sponsor you.

He should apply to sponsor you again. Has he been living with you in Sri Lanka? Or was he living in Canada and visiting you often? You will have to gather proof of either one.

You can apply for a TRV. You will need to show proof that you will leave Canada, so include a letter from your boss stating that you have been given 2 weeks vacation (or whatever) and are expected back; proof from the school that your child is studying there; if you leave the child behind, this is good evidence you will return; proof of property ownership or a lease/bank accounts/ any investments; and return ticket.

If the children are Canadian citizens already, you do not apply for them. They do not automatically give PR to a spouse because CIC needs proof the marriage is genuine.

Yes Parents went to Ontario funds while he was in other city studying( 1996), abt 150k he owes and he is saying he cannot pay and take care of us...asking me to try work permit or PR..he is come to INDIA EVERY 6 MONTH AND STAYS FOR 3-6 MONTHS IN year.
Proof marriage is strong...have vidoe's, photo, communication, and too add 2 kids and he transfers fund for my expense and he bought me a apartments.
I work for large MNC and if my company transfers me to Canada..will that be objected by Embassy..Kindly let me know if there is any consultant who will help me out...it is becoming difficult for kids to be away from there father.

I would try to get PR some other way. If your company transfers you to Canada, that would be ideal. You should then be able to get a work permit, and if the company often does this they will be able to arrange things.

Obtain PR through a different immigration program (not through family sponsorship). For example: Federal Skilled Worker program, one of the Provincial Nominee Programs.
