information required for RPRF receipt

Hi all,
I just paid the upfront RPRF online and got the receipt. Since I did not have a credit card at that time, I asked for my friend's credit card instead. However, only payer's information is needed to be filled out in the receipt and my friend's name is shown in the receipt as the payer. How can I fill out the receipt? To use my information or my friend's?

Im Nikhilesh Ravi NOC 1114 App dated dec 29th 2014 ,PER Mar 26th, TLU May 26th 2015.

I had sent my RPRF receipt without filling out any info.So, would that impact my application?
Anyhow, i shall send the filled in copy by EOD today.

Have you landed in Canada if yes which province ?

Whoever paid your fee should have entered your name as the payer before credit card page.
btw, you do not need to fill anything, that is for people who are sending receipt with paper application. you should send an email with your information.
