Information requested after Spouse addition - ADR

Hi All,

I got this request from IRCC

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following:

> Client Information: Receipt of information from client processing fee,
biometric fee, and right of permanent resident fee for your spouse This must be received
at this office by: 2020/10/03

> Client Information: Receipt of information from client copy of work
experience certificate

> copy of educational documents for your spouse This must be received at this office by:2020/10/03

I had already attached the receipt it in my webform ? why did they ask it again ? any idea , can i attach the same PDF again ?
for the 2nd point , are they asking for primary applicant work exp or spouse ?
for 3rd point , are they asking for WES or simple educational certificates ?

Please suggest
 
If your application is in EE you would normally upload the required documents in your account, not via webform

"Client Information: Receipt of information from client copy of work

I've seen a request like that nor do I understand what "client copy of work experience certificate" could be

If you claimed points for your spouse's education you have to upload the WES certificate
 
I have not , claimed any points , I added my spouse after AOR
in that case do i need to add WES or normal certificates ?
