Information regarding Re-apply of CAQ. Quebec applicant please response.

I would like to know, that do i need to reapply for CAQ again? I got CAQ for winter 2013. For the delay in visa i had to defer my admission to summer 2013 . I am now confused should i apply for CAQ again or not COntact ISO of my uni even they are confused. One officer said for one deferral i dnt need to re-apply. Other officer said as the deferral is from Winter to summer i have to apply again, if the defer is form fall to winter only then my caq was waived. Now this confused me real..

Is there anyone faced similar case like um facing now. can you please guide me what should i do ?

That means no need to reapply?
This is whats written in below. I dnt know why ISO is confusing me. with various explanation. I'll really appreciate if you explain this part. And another thing um a graduate student and um not allowed to register online unless um present in person. so yeah i didn't register just paid confirmation fee. SO this is whats written in CAQ

"Your certificate remains valid for obtaining your Study Permit should your registration be
postponed from the fall term to the following winter term. However, if you postpone your
registration from the winter term to a later term or the following year, you must obtain a new
certificate regardless of the expiry date of your current certificate.
As long as your CAQ for studies is valid, you will not have to request a new one if you
change your study program or educational establishment provided the new program is of
equal duration, same level of study or cycle. For any other change, you must obtain a new
certificate. "

but you can check the quebec website aswell. I still think its valid for 48 Months.

1. CAQ is valid up to the duration of SP or maximum around 48 months.
2. With a valid CAQ, you can deferred your admission by one term, no need to apply again. For other circumstances, you must apply again.

It's still a problem !

I called them, and they answered that you have to apply for a new CAQ.
again I sent an email to immigration office(I told that I have received my visa , but I have deferred my admission)
They replied: " If you differed your studies and applied to get a new ÙCAQ, you will need also to apply for a new study permit. "
anybody has experience? does it mean that I have to apply for visa again ?

I am going through the same thing. Help. I have my s. Permit. N registered for classes But i differed my application from jamuy2019 to September 2019. N idk i hve to apply for new caq, i also called they said i needed a new caq. N i already booked my flight for August.
