information regarding dependent visa

Dear Sir/Madam

myself kartick mishra staying in India Mumbai recently i got married and my wife is working in Montreal Quebec Canada on work permit she is staying there last 13 month and have work permit till march 2014... so my question is isit possible for her to call me there and can i work there i mean did i have to apply for workpermit or its fine i can work there what kind of visa is my category and what is the procedure and document required for the visa ..and how much time it will take ....

hi, you can apply for a visitor visa and for sure you wont be allow to to work . as for work permit you have to apply and that will take the necessary time. you can have yourself sponsor from inside canada.when applying for visitor visa , i will sugest you to show consequent proof that you will return to your country once your visit is completed otherwise be sure that your application will be rejected

i have one more question i can get dependent visa or not because as i asked in India Mumbai to the consultant regarding the visa some consultant told me i have to apply for open work permit some told me i have apply for TRV and some told me on dependent visa i can work there there is no need for any work permit so i got confused now which is the correct method ..
and if will go TRV than can i applied there in Canada for work permit or i have to apply in India before iam leaving for Canada so which one is the easy and convienent way to get visa and can i get dependent visa or if i will go in TRV visa can i extend the visa when im in canada or i have to come back in india or any other alternate ...

hi, on a TRv visa you wont be able to work in canada as a dependent visa you can land and apply for an open permit and get a job

thanx for ur valuable time u given me on dependent visa what are the document i required to apply and in how many days i will get the visa as i mention before also my wife is on work permit she dnt have PR so i can apply for dependent visa right and i can apply work permit there in canada or i will have to apply from india what are the document i have to show and my wife document what i required for applying
