HI

I am an international student .. and currently studying in canada .. and we did an outland application ..so i just wondering if i go to my country in December for a visit while returning do i have to tell the airport officer regarding the change of my marital status ? or just show them the passport and study permit to enter again ..

That should be Ok. The key issue is "dual intent" (read up on that) which Canada allows for students and visitors. You would enter Canada on your visitor's visa + study permit, like before.

You will be asked about your simultaneous PR application, for which you could tell them the application details. Better carry documents for PR application. Disclose all information truthfully.

They would have access to your immigration record and would know that your applied for a Spousal sponsorship. It's perfectly OK have a spousal sponsorship pending while on a visitors/student status. So just answer the questions they ask, truthfully. Of course, no need to give extra details than what they ask you for.
