Information on my GCMS report

Hi everyone,

As you can see here below there is a message on my report I don't understand...
It's in the "Client Detail" parts. For me it's mentioned "In progress" for the "Info sharing" but for my wife it's mentioned "System Error"...
Does anybody had already have this "Error"?
What is it? Do you have a solution to solve it?

Our case is stuck on the CPC Ottawa since the 09 march.

Medical ok 05/03/2020
Biomed ok 09/03/2020
Background check : not started...

At times in the GCMS notes an applicant may see "Info Sharing: System Error" All this means is that either no information was found or a technical error occurred in accessing the information. Associated with this you may also see the comments "Contact GCMS Helpdesk or Proceed with processing the application, at the VO's discretion"

But do you thinks that why my app is stuck and not progressing since 9 of march?
Do you think that why the background check is still not started yet?

Many applications are stuck or halted on processing simply due to the effect the COVID pandemic has had on manpower at IRCC.

If you were in enhanced security, then it would show somewhere in your GCMS notes.

No I'm not. Fortunately

I have the feeling the the Covid-19 is a good excuse for the delay of IRCC (even if I admit it's really really not simple to work normally with this pandemic crises!)
Cause I still don't understand why some people receive their CoPR of a VO while older file in the same office do not progress!
Exemple, a friend of mine, same professional and personal situation, same office (Ottawa) than mine, AOR the end of April (two month after mine), already Ready For Visa...

One person's application, regardless of similarities (VO, NOC, stream, etc) does not determine how another application might get processed. Each is individual.

As for the order of processing, it varies by application. But yes, usually when R10 and medicals have been passed, an aspect of the background check (usually Criminality) will begin. Background check is actually both Criminality and Security, but the latter begins only after Eligibility is conclusively passed by a Senior officer.

Has Criminality started? If so, then your Background Check has started. If not, then it is most likely due to delays caused by the pandemic.
