Hi there,
Would like to ask for help regarding health insurance in manitoba?i wil be landing on wed.
And wil be gIving birth on february. I am planning to go he in philipines after a monthand wil go back to canada aftr I settled some affairs will I ,be entitled to health insurance in canada when I give birth?

In Manitoba, there is no waiting time for health care when you are moving from overseas, see http://www.gov.mb.ca/health/mhsip/index.html#Q2 so yes, you will be covered. However, in order to be eligible for health care, you must live in the province 183 days a years so make sure you stay at least 183 days in the year after you land as a PR.
