Information on ICT Work Permit

Can someone please help answering the below questions.

1) Heard that the ICT visas are getting rejected, what is the current status or ratio/percentage of rejection.
2) Is business Analyst/consultant is categorised as special skills in Canada ICT rules.
3) what is the time duration if am applying for ICT from my Indian IT company.

Not sure anyone on this forum has an answer to (1)

For (2) I guess the host company needs to sell the fact that you have specialist knowledge required by the host http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/opinion/transferees/knowledge.asp

For (3) difficult to say from the website but maybe 8-10 weeks plus dependant on the Canadian and India company relationship as per above link
