Dear Friends,
We are wondering what we should do after we sent immigration papers to Mississauga
We sent by Canada post and according to the tracking numbers it has arrived in destination on 4th March
But there is no words or news from the immigration...is this normal?
Should we call them and ask for the case numbers?

This is normal.

Mississauga does not send confirmation of receipt. Your application is put in a queue and you are only contacted after they process the applications received before yours - usually takes a month. In most cases, the sponsorship part is approved within a day (though sometimes it takes a while longer) and you are then sent a letter saying it's been approved and the application forwarded to the visa office. If there's anything wrong with the app (like missing forms), they will send the whole thing back and after you fix what was wrong, you can send it back in.
