I'm a UK citizen and am in the process of completing the above form.

I was a university student for 4 years and have accumulated a vast number of addresses during this time.

Section 15 requires all addresses lived at since the age of 18. I have most of the addresses but for some, I was staying temporarily with friends and for others, do not know the exact dates and full postal address.

Can anyone tell me how the embassy make checks to confirm former residential addresses and if there are minor discrepencies in dates and the time at each address, will I be penalised?

I look forward to hearing your opinions.

Thanks

You should just do your best. Asking whether the embassy makes checks or not is missing the point.

Something I did in the U.S. was request my credit report. That contains most of the addresses I've used in the last 20 years. I don't know if you have the same option in the UK, but it's something to try.
