Background Declaration IMM5669E - addresses problem

Hi everyone,

I my country, addresses are not in the pattern "number, Street, City, Zip Code". There are some different patterns such as:
- 1234 Nguyen Hue Hamlet, Quang Trung Commune, Thong Nhat District, Dong Nai Province , Vietnam (in remote Area)
- 1234 Nguyen Son Street, Phu Tho Hoa Ward, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (in a large City)

The problem is I don't know how to fill the section addresses of the form Background Declaration IMM5669E in which there are several columns for "Street and number", "City or town", "Province, State or District", "Zip Code", Country.

Could you please give me a suggestion.
