Sorry for the late reply, but I've just read you message. I'm a lebanese applying under FSW2. On June 5, 2012 I've received an email from CIO that my file has been transferred to my local visa office (which is the Canadian embassy in Lebanon) and till now (almost 3 &1/2 months) I haven't heard from them. I don't know if it's within the normal processing time but from the timelines people are sharing, I know immigrants in other visa offices are receiving their medical requests much faster than that after their files transfer.
What about you? any news about your application? Can you your timeline and your category?
