Information about Visa

I applied for my Student visa 3 months ago, and i haven't got any reply yet. I've emailed them many times but they never reply, i even faxed them but still no reply. I've been admitted to Professional Flight Centre, Delta, BC (DLI designated). A lot of my time has been wasted, they are not even asking for any additional documents. Can you please tell me what could be the reason for such heavy delay? Should i submit any additional documents, if so, then which documents should i submit? What can i do?

The same situation we were facing before 6 months. I have also applied for pilot training and waited for almost 4 months. It's not only me . Even my friends who applied for pilot training in Canada was waited so long time . So don't worry you will get a reply soon. May I know your educational background and how much fund f did you show ?
