Information about Visa Filing (URGENT)

Hi

I have got the conditional acceptance letter from University of regina and i have mailed them the essential documents which hopefully will remove the condition and they will provide me the unconditional offer letter .but my question is i have to go in sept (2013) Fall semester and i havent applied visa yet because i am waiting for my unconditional letter of acceptance if it arrives late and the visa application procedure takes time you know so can we extend the visa for january semester as the university have granted me the conditional acceptance letter which is valid upto may(2014) spring semester. I am really confused please i need some expertise on this

I have got conditional letter as well i guess you can apply for visa without getting unconditional letter.

I have applied for 3424 - Computer Systems Technician – Networking (Fast Track), centennial college, Sept13 intake. Yet to receive offer letter.

Take a look on checklist http://www.vfs-canada.co.in/pdf/Student_Partners_Program_09022013.pdf . We can't apply for visa with conditional offer letter. But Yes we can apply for GIC.

No you can't apply with conditional offer letter
