Information about Super Visa

I am in an urgent need of guidance. I reside in canada and called my parents in visitor visa last year - they stayed with me for 6 months and came back to pakistan - now in the month of August i applied for their Super Visa which isstill in processing phases and i am currently in Pakistan and wanted to take my parents along .
Can i take my parents with me on tourist visa ?
What will happen if they got a call for submission of passport of super visa ?
Will that be submitted in Canada? or do have to cometo pakistan again to submit their passport ?

Please guide me if anyone has such information .

You can request to submit their passport for stamping in Canada. They will need to leave Canada and return to stay in Canada on the supervisa. Their ability to enter Canada is always determined at the border and is up to CBSA.

Not yet! I am still surprised what is taking them so long?
We applied for my parents visit visa last year and they got it in a month! infact they have travelled to Canada last year ?
Does Super Visa takes this long ?

I check the processing time for Pakistan it says 277 days !
We applied on 10 August 2022
