My wife applied for Winnipeg on 10july2013 through his brother's sponsorship, and on 4April2014 update document of spouse ( marriage certificate and passport copy) but last 3 month's status of file is 'Assessment Pending'

plzzzz tell me how long this process will be??????????? when status will be change??? no call yet come
