I would like to ask you about the medical tests. What tests are included? What diseases do they want to check/exclude? For example, what will be their reaction to the nearsightedness or high blood pressure, for example?

You are alright even if you have High blood pressure. They are not looking for these common health issues. They are looking for the disease that makes you burden on the health care system in Canada such as TB. You can read all about this on CIC website.

2. For high blood pressure, you will have to a creatinine blood test in addition to rule out kidney failure.
