Information about MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering

Hello, I am Sachin Sharma from India.I want to get some information related to Master of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering in Canada Universities.
I have done Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from an Indian University and i am very much interested in studying in Master degree in studying Master of Science but i have confusion that i only have 62% marks in my graduation that is 1st division marks according to Indian education system and i have some published papers in the field of Antenna at National and International level. I have studied through out my life in English from my Schooling to my College life. My complete education was in English Language but i am going to give IELTS exam next month. So i want to know that,Can i apply for the MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering in Universities as i have only 62% marks in my Graduation and Can i apply without having score in IELTS exams as i already have whole education in English medium.
So i want to know can i get admission in any good university of Canada.
I'll be very thankful to you if you provide me all the necessary information related to above query.

Brother, Very Very difficult wit 62 % to get into Good universities..i would suggest you to go for Meng instead Masc

with 62% its quite difficult to get into MASC unless you are able to convince a professor through prof letting that, you have serious research experience and published good papers. prof letting is the only way for MASC, else M.Eng is the only way.

So if you apply without contacting the professors, the result is not going to be positive?

Secondly, I have tried to contact professors by email and have sent them my profile but they have not replied back. What to do in this case?

well this part is really tricky. profs are very busy they rarely reply . donot send them long essays they never see them . be as short and simple as u can . just write 2-3 lines like " im so and so .while searching for supervisors i came across ur profile and found that my research interests matches with urs so is there any scope of me being ur student " if u want u can attach ur resume along it. If they want students they will reply for sure . so keep trying until they reply . I mailed to 30-40 profs frm different uni's and only one replied me back

I am doing my research on Antenna field here so if i go to Meng will i be able to continue my research in Antenna field by studying MEng.
I want to do research on Antenna that is why i was going for MSc
