Information about manitoba mpnp

Hii ,I am harjot .i have done business administration certificate from cdi college ,abbotsford,british columbia .
I want know that if i migrate to winnipeg for how long i need to work over there to apply pnp .i am expected to get one year work permit .

To qualify for the Employer Direct stream, you will have needed to have worked for the same employer for 6 months before you can be nominated for PNP. That same employer must offer you a full-time, permanent job offer.

Is it complusary that one should be graduated from manitoba to apply mpnp please let me know like i visited there sight which say that graduates from manitoba come under 6 months work .one else can apply mpnp in manitoba .like i have done certificate from british columbia .can i apply mpnp in winnipeg after doing six month work as full time worker
