Info. Required Regarding 2 AOR and E-Cas ???

Hello Seniors,
Well anyone who can provide assistance or rather information that can ease my nerves. I am a May 2010 applicant from Pak. Received my 2 AOR in June 2011, according to what i have been reading on other threads i know its good news, but what is bothering me is the fact that its now almost been three months and i can't access my E-Cas Status using the new file number.

Any reasons why i can't access my status using this new file number? Is this normal?
