Please help me:
Ques: I was in Canada - Montreal in May 2010 to March 2011 - n back to my home country, now I want to come back to Canada and my PR will expire in July 2015. Please let me know if I am still eligible to renew my PR for 2015 as it is said we have to stay for 730 days.

Yes, you are still eligible. You have already stayed around 10 months which is around 300 days so you need around 430 more. If you return now, you have almost 2 years until your 5 year PR anniversary so you have more than enough time to stay the 430 extra days in order to meet the requirements.

Thanks for the reply. Another question, I want to settle in Toronto instead of Montreal. Will it cause a problem if i take my flight directly there? Will the immigration office agree to this fact?

How will I renew our Medical card?

There should be no problem settling in Toronto now. You do not have to ask anybody permission.

You can not renew your health card from Quebec but you can apply for a new one on Ontario. There is however a 3 month waiting period.
