Hi,
I only have the TOEFL score in my account in the ETS'(testing company) website. I can print that out and notarize it- will that be accepted by the authorities? I don't have the hard copy of the original examinee report but ordering that now from ETS can take months and my classes start this September. :-[
Moreover, I needed to know what financial documents I need to submit to prove that I can support myself. The thing is the Singapore checklist pdf states that I have to give a written explanation of the source of funds. What exactly is that?
Lastly, will an upfront medical examination save time? If so, what documents from this examination should I submit along with the study permit application? Does the doctor have to send something himself/herself?
I need to apply as soon as possible and I am confused. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
