Infant Sponsorship from inside Canada

Dear All,
My wife, son and myself we hold and active PR & I need to sponsor my daughter who is 1.5 years old.
We live in Canada & she holds a Temporary Resident Permit (TRP) with UCI/IUC number.
Where we should start? What we should do? Is the process simple?

You say that you and your wife are permanent residents. If so, where was your daughter born ?

Hi and thank you for your reply. She was born outside Canada. In our home country. Reason: Family support.
