Hi experts,
I have submitted my Express Entry profile today, but while checking the detail post the submission, it shows me:

Application/profile details
Application/profile status - Profile Ineligible
Province/Territory Nomination - No nomination at this time
Review of Minimum Entry Criteria -Not Met

Express Entry Profile Details
Federal Skilled Worker - Not Met
Provincial Nominee Program - Not Met
Canadian Experience Class - Not Met
Federal Skilled Trades - Not Met

Does the above result shows I have been disqualified from this Pool, though I have
13 years work experience
11 months Canadian Experience and still in Canada
CELPIP - result with score 8
ECA - Engineering + PGDIT

I am not able to believe this... !!

One more month of work in Canada and you should be able to qualify for Canadian Experience Class. Try then. Alternatively, get your educational credentials assessed for FSW class. Read the requirements for both programs and be sure you meet them before applying again for EE - you have to not only have enough points, but meet the requirements for a specific immigration program.

i do not qualify for CEC, agreed. But I meet the basic criteria for Federal Skilled Worker.

Also, the email I received post submission writes:

• not having a valid language test
• language test results that are more than two years old
• a language test score that is too low
• not having enough relevant work experience
• not having the required education level
• not having enough funds

NON OF THESE POINTS ARE TRUE IN MY CASE.

Please note, Fund I had selected was 20K with 3 family members, including me. (Rest other answers I have already mentioned in above post.)

TO me it looks like a generic email which CIC system sends to everyone whoever fails their internal criteria of calculations, which is hidden to us.

Rather this email should be more specific and intelligent to point out the deficiency.

According to the details you provided, you are not elgible for CEC (yet), as you need a minimum of 12 months experience (as the previous poster has correctly mentioned).

To see why you don't qualify for FSW, check out this website and calculate your points. You need a minimum of 67 points to qualify for FSWP.
for CEC, if will be more accurate, we need not 12 month we need 1564 hours, if you worked hard you are able earn this hours in 11 month.
I have 14 month experience, but I got exactly same massage. I hope it is system, I already request for this issue. (unfortunately they are not resolving this kind of issue by phone. That why I should write request)

Kuswara1 what did you do next? if you will resolve it, please share your experience.

This is absolutely NOT TRUE. The MINIMUM requirement is 1 year of full-time work. You CANNOT reduce the minimum requirement by working more hours.

1560 hours is only provided as an equivalent so that you can calculate your eligibility in part-time work.

As for FSW - you need to have at least 1 year of full-time continuous work experience in the past 10 years in the same NOC that you selected as your primary occupation. So - just an example - if your current occupation is your main occupation and has a different NOC from your previous experience, and you only have 11 months under that NOC, you would not be eligible yet under FSW ...

Did you find any solution? I have the same issue. I am eligible for CEC and score more than 67/100 on FSW point calculator. But my EE profile shows "Not Met" under FSW section.

I've seen this question already more than 20 times on this forum. Can't you read more topics or use search before you post?

Hi Guys,

Also have my profile status as ineligible although my Express Entry details as Federal Skilled is met.

I have all the requirement, IELTS CLB9 and 10 years experience and have appropriate funds.

Not sure why it says ineligible.

Please help.

Thanks.
