Ineligible profile

I created my express entry profile in May and had 377 points and met all minimum criteria and the profile was active.. Yesterday, I got an email saying that my profile is ineligible..

I have 5 years experience under NOC2172 and below is my IELTS score:

Reading 8
Writing 6.5
Speaking 9
Listening 7.5

what could be the reason and has anyone else faced the same problem? any thoughts?

Have you recently had a birthday? Maybe your FSW points dropped below 67?

I created my profile in feb an it was accepted an I met the citeria I updated some small things today an it send s back letter ineligible .the reasons are not clear ,I have valid language test ,and my trade is valid here I got it qualified ,I cant see any reason why it now changes ,I currently have a pnp application in so I have know idea whats going on ,

Check what all updates you made and use the CIC Express Entry calculator to validate that. Might be a bug in the system. Can't tell anything for sure.
