Hello,

I have had an express entry profile between 2017 and 2018. I didn't create another profile in 2019 because my CRS score was too low. I have studied a total of 2 years (1-year full time + 1-year full time) in a designated college in Canada later I got my post-graduation work permit during the summer of 2019. I have a master's degree from my country which is accredited by WES. I have experience in a NOC A job between December 2009 and March 2013 in my country. In August 2014, I have started my own company, however, because my work was project-oriented and I have not worked continuously, I did not enter that to my express entry profile. Moreover, it would have been hard to prove. So, in the first questionnaire, I marked "2 to 3 years work experience" and entred only experience between December 2009 and March 2013. I have started to work in a Canadian company in August 2019 (NOC A). I also entered this job experience as "Work permit required, no LMIA". At the end of all, the system found me ineligible, by the way, my IELTS score 7.5 and I got it in February 2020. I don't understand why the system finds me ineligible. Could anyone please help me? I feel so desperate.

Happy long weekend!

Is your primary NOC the same as the NOC of your previous work experience?

Yes, I had done that. But I don't see the relationship between those two.
You need to do a bit more research on the immigration process. You need to qualify under one of the economic immigration streams (FSW, CEC, PNP, FSTP) in order to enter the EE pool. From the information you've provided, FSW is the only stream you potentially qualify under. If your FSW score isn't above the cut-off, you are not eligible.

As I have said, I have used that tool and my score is high enough according to that tool. Believe me, I have known enough of the system. I am looking for some detail that I might have missed.
Is your primary NOC the same as the NOC of your previous work experience?
As I hear from my friends who are in the pool their score has changed recently; even though they have not completed their 52-week Canadian experience the system gave them points as if they did. It might have started to account for hours rather than time, I really don't know.
Is your primary NOC the same as the NOC of your previous work experience?
Though my job titles change, my primary NOC is the same in all my job experiences.

You didn't previously state whether your FSW score was high enough and the statement "I don't see the relationship between these two" indicated a lack of understanding on how to qualify to enter the EE pool.

What did you put for POF?
