Is PCR test required for transit layover at Doha Airport? Has anybody travelled recently via the Delhi-Doha-Toronto route?

Hello - Anybody travelling from Toronto to India Via Istanbul and return ? I have some questions regarding the travel. I have a layover of 9 hours during my return journey from India>Muscat>Istanbul>Toronto. Is there a Covid testing facility available inside the Istanbul airport where I can get the covid test done?
Hi. I was wondering how this trip went or if you have any updates. I am traveling via the same route. Thank you!

Is it true, India has banned all flights until Feb 28?

Yes, it's an update from 28th January. The change in rule has been confirmed officially on travel.ca and twitter handles plus Air Canada.

1. The mandatory test at Delhi airport has been removed; tests can be performed from any ICMR recognized lab before 72hrs of travel
2. No third country testing requirement for indirect routes.

I am, however, not sure which trasnsit routes still have ban/restrictions on travelers coming from India.

Major carriers Emirates, Etihad (UAE), Qatar (Qatar), Lufthansa, Singapore: I dont think there's any restriction on transit.

Not sure about Heathrow though..

Can we transit through Amsterdam, Munich, Frankfurt on a single PNR with no passport control/baggage rechecking involved? I am talking about booking a single airline (lets say India - Amsterdam - Van) where I suppose one does not have to change terminals at AMS.
Talking about TRV holders from India who dont hold an American visa. I guess London is still out of bounds

Hello All,

I have booked 2 different PNR tickets(Air India & Etihad) from India to Toronto Via Abu dhabi. Could you please advise on the list of steps we have to do before Departure from India as well as arrival on Abu Dhabi. As RT_PCR is not required from third country by Canada. But still while boarding the Etihad Flight from Abu dhabi to Toronto do we have to show negative PCR taken in Abu dhabi ?

Mumbai to Abu Dhabi (Air India)
Abu Dhabi to Toronto (Etihad)

Kindly let me know if any one has travelled with 2 different airlines via this route. Thanks.

Hi, my itenary is on two SEPARATE tickets and is as follows:
Day 1 - Mumbai - Abu Dhabi
Day 2 - Abu Dhabi - Frankfurt - Toronto.

I will be doing RTPCR in Abu Dhabi. Will that be enough to return to Canada?

Also will my travel be still considered as travel from India?

Will appreciate your help. Thanks
