INDIAN WORK EXPERIENCE

I have 1 year of Office administrative experience at branch of Bajaj Alliaz in India. My representative did not showed this when I came to Canada for my studies. Now, I have been working for last 2 years after my 2 years of studies.

Could I possible use this experience in my express entry profile?

If yes, what documents do i need to proceed forward?

Could someone kindly out some lights on this matter?

Yes you can all you have to do is compare the NOC code and your work experience in India. And then contact your employer preferably your boss (if he is still in same company). Write down major highlights of ur studies / job responsibilities according to the NOC code. And get it signed on ur employers letterhead by ur ex boss. Ask ur boss to be ready to answer call from govt. Of Canada, so that he remains aware in case your file is pulled out for random cross verification of originality of documentation provided.

I confirmed with my Representative who applied my study visa from India that he did not disclose that I was working at that time?

could i still possibly use this experience now? May CIC ask why it was not show before at initial point?

Moving forward, you should honestly disclose your work history from the last 10 years. I personally have successfully applied for a study permit, extension of study permit, and a post graduation work permit. Never once did I check to corroborate my answers between the applications. I think there is little weight given to such discrepancies, but you should always be honest on your current application.

Yes, and you should include it because if you don't, then you could be rejected based on misrepresentation and banned from coming to Canada for 5 years.

May CIC ask why it was not show before at initial point?

Of course IRCC may ask about it. But the reality is that we are not immigration officers with IRCC, so you have to take forum opinions with a grain of salt.
