Indian work experience conversion

Hello,

In India doing a full time job means involvement of more working hours as compared to the full time that is being done in Canada(for eg in India we work for 25 days a month ~ in Canada 20 days a month). So technically our 11 month work experience should be equivalent to 12 month of Canada. So does our Express Entry profile updates our work experience on completion of 11 months?

I started my job on 1st June 2015 and it is my current job therefore on 1st June 2018 i would me done with my 3 years of job experience. So will my points be automatically updated once i complete my 3rd year of work experience on 1st June 2018?
