Indian visa- Issue with BLS courier

Hello all,

I applied for an Indian tourist visa for my wife, myself and our infant daughter a few weeks ago.

Our daughter's application was processed and dispatched via Purolator (that we had paid for) last Friday. However, we are still waiting for my wife and mine. It's been saying 'Ready for collection' since Thursday even though we opted for courier delivery. Cannot get through to them when we call.

On the status update page, there is also an airway bill number mentioned there. But when I try to track it on the Purolator website, they cannot find it. It's a pain, does anyone have any suggestions on what could be happening?

How long it took for visa from under processing to printed? Which bls ?
