Hello, I am applying for Indian Visa for my 16 years old son who is Canadian citizen (12 months tourist visa). I filled out paper application and wants to send my mail. I have not received any link from BLS to create any return shipping label. In the instructions, it shows to add return courier fees in the draft/money order. Can someone please explain how it will work? Thanks
